Orders & Custom Furniture
An order is confirmed once we accept it and any required advance payment is received. Custom and made-to-measure pieces are produced to your approved specifications, so please review all details carefully before confirming.
Payment
Payment terms, including any advance for custom orders, will be shared with your quotation. Full payment is generally required before delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Delivery
We arrange delivery and installation for the areas we serve. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for custom pieces. We will keep you informed of your order’s progress.
Returns & Cancellations
- Custom and made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- For ready pieces, please inspect your furniture on delivery and report any issues to us promptly.
Warranty
Our furniture is covered against manufacturing defects under the terms provided with your purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or damage caused by improper care.
